Terms of service
Terms & Policies
1. Overview & Acceptance
By visiting the Oudh Al Ayman website and purchasing our 100% pure Oudh, pure Oudh oils, natural Oudh products, Oudh chips, attars, and fragrance collections, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Policies.
2. Product Quality & Natural Variation
Our Oudh oils and fragrance products are carefully selected and offered as natural, pure products. As Oudh is a natural and artisan-produced material, slight variations in colour, texture, intensity, and aroma may occur between batches. These natural variations are not considered defects.
3. Final Sale, Returns & Refunds
Due to the personal nature of fragrance products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once a product has been opened, unsealed, or used.
A replacement may be considered only if the product arrives physically damaged or incorrect. Such issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with a clear unboxing video.
4. International Orders & Shipping
If you are outside India and find anything you like on our website, you can place an international order by contacting us directly through Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, WhatsApp, or personal contact. We will assist you with the order, payment, and international shipping arrangements.
Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, customs clearance, courier services, and other circumstances beyond our control.
For international orders, customs duties, taxes, import fees, and any other charges imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer. Customers are also responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address and contact information.
5. Privacy
We collect basic customer information such as name, phone number, email, and shipping address only when necessary to process, fulfil, and update you regarding your order.
We respect your privacy and do not sell your personal information to third parties.
