At OUDH AL AYMAN, we take great care in selecting, preparing, packaging, and delivering our Oudh oils and agarwood products. Every order is handled with attention to quality and authenticity.

Because our products include personal fragrance items and natural agarwood products, certain return conditions apply. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Return Eligibility

For hygiene, product integrity, and quality-control reasons, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges once a product has been opened, used, or its original seal has been broken.

A return or replacement request may be considered in the following situations:

  • You received a damaged product.
  • You received an incorrect product.
  • The product was damaged during shipping.
  • The product received is significantly different from what you ordered.

Any issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

2. Products Not Eligible for Return

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Opened or used Oudh oils.
  • Products with broken seals or damaged original packaging due to customer handling.
  • Products damaged after delivery due to improper storage or handling.
  • Products returned without prior approval from our support team.
  • Products purchased during special clearance or final-sale offers, unless they arrived damaged or incorrect.

3. Damaged, Incorrect or Missing Products

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:

  • Your order number.
  • Clear photographs or an unboxing video showing the issue.
  • Photographs of the product and its packaging.
  • A brief description of the problem.

After reviewing your request, our team will inform you whether a replacement, refund, or another suitable resolution can be provided.

4. Refund Policy

Refunds are considered only after the reported issue has been reviewed and approved by our team.

If a refund is approved:

  • The refund will be processed to the original payment method wherever possible.
  • Processing time may depend on your bank or payment provider.
  • Any applicable refund confirmation will be shared with you.

Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or another situation where a refund of shipping charges is required.

5. Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Cancellation requests can only be accepted before the order has been processed or dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Approved cancellations of prepaid orders will be refunded through the original payment method.

6. Return Shipping

If a return or replacement is approved because of a damaged, defective, or incorrect product supplied by us, we will guide you through the return process and communicate any applicable shipping arrangements.

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

7. Natural Product Variation

Oudh oils and agarwood chips are natural products. Their colour, fragrance profile, texture, grain, and appearance may vary slightly between batches due to the natural characteristics of the wood and traditional extraction or preparation processes.

Such natural variations are not considered defects and do not automatically qualify a product for return or refund.

8. International Orders

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, and other charges imposed by the destination country may be the responsibility of the customer.

If an international shipment is delayed or held by customs, we will do our best to assist, but delivery timelines and customs decisions are outside our direct control.

Any return or refund request for an international order will be reviewed individually.
